TRAINING AND PLACEMENT BUREAU:

The Placement Cell of an institution plays a vital role and is a key department of the institute. The competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one. The objective of the Placement Cell is to look for a 100% employment of all the students therefore it follows policy of ‘One Person One Job’. Placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its enrolled graduates and post-graduates in their efforts to find employment.

Currently the employment opportunities in the industry are extremely good and the work situation allows room for development and diversification. Leading companies in the country conduct on – campus interviews every year and many bright students have several offers to choose from. The placement service operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. Staff is available to respond to students’ questions and concerns of all kinds. This may include advice on placement procedures, help with preparation of applications and resumes, and practice for interviews. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search. Those considering careers in education or its related fields are offered detailed career guidance at the Placement Cell. All advice is based on up-to-date placement statistics and an envisioned view of future educational and industrial trends.

The college has a placement cell to look after students’ placement / campus interviews, etc., functioning with the following objectives:

• To create and maintain a data bank on profiles of present students.
• To build and maintain good relations with the industry, for campus interviews and getting feedback on students performance etc.
• To keep track of all advertisements related to the industry and communicating them to the concerned.

The Placement Cell since its inception has come quite far and is inviting various organisations for campus recruitment. For placement, a large number of prospective employers are contacted during the year and the number of companies visiting regularly this institute is increasing every year, which has reached to around 25 – 30 now.

Giving a nice placement to the perfect candidate will benefit the student as well as the society also. Career College has the aim of giving ‘One Person One Job’ Placement.
