PERSONALITY DIAGNOSTIC & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (PDDC):

At Career College an independent PDDC centre is operating to diagnose and develop the traits of personality of every student. A well-defined psychoanalytical testing system is adopted which tells the students about interests, skill level, aptitude, personality traits, etc. along with comprehensive and individual oriented treatment plan. This further ensures the enhancement of overall personality spectrum of the students to make them more employable.

In the highly competitive world of today where everyone seems to outclass others, it is seems that nothing succeeds than success itself. The important thing today is not what you do but how you do it. To add that extra cut above the rest some push or punch is required. Even the finest diamonds are worthless unless they are properly cut and polished. It is this final cutting and polishing that makes the diamonds valuable.

It has been established beyond any doubt that today’s job market requires smart mails and females who not only have command over their subjects but bear a personality which has lasting impact on the minds of others.
Keeping in view to prepare our students for future challenges, a Personality Diagnostic and Development Cell has been established in the college campus.
The objective for PDDC is to analyze the different personality traits of the students like organizing skills, personal strength, team spirit, leader ship confidence level, self esteem, time management, and problem solving etc. This analysis helps to understand the strong and weak points of the student’s personality on the basis of the result some fruitful suggestions are provided to the students so that they can groom themselves in such a way that can pursue excellence in various professions and enhance their worth in the job market and social circles in future.

Procedure For the personality diagnosis a self rating scale has been developed Students are invited to register themselves for the test with the convener of PDDC. After the test the results along with recommendations for improvements are given to the students and they are required to show it to their parents. Feedback from the parents is also invited students are also advised to see the psychologist for personal counseling if they needed. The Personality Diagnostic and Development Center also organizes lectures of experts in different fields to give more exposure to the students.
