The working Hours of the library are from 9.00 A. M. to 7.00 P.M. on all working days except on National, Gazetted and other holidays as decided by the Principal.

The Library provides the facility of two types of membership to the students. Elite Members are required to pay Rs. 400/- as a Library Security Deposit (which is refundable). General members are exempted.

Membership of a student will remain valid till the time of issuance of his/her roll number for appearing in his/her University Examination of an academic year/Semester. Students, who fail to deposit all the issued books before the issuance of his/her roll number/Examination hall ticket, will not be allowed to appear in the University Examination.

Elite Members can borrow two books and General Members can borrow one book a time from the library for maximum seven days. A fine of Rs. 5.00 per book delay will be charged, if the book is not returned on or before the due date.

Reference books, Journals, Magazines, New Papers, Examination papers of last years, copy of syllabus, etc. are not for the purpose of issue.

In case of loss of book(s), the students will be required to compensate the library either with the one and a half times of the cost of the book(s) or replenish the library with the same fresh book(s).

Every student irrespective of he/she is a member of the library, will be required to take NO-Dues Certificate from the Library before submission of annual / semester Examination Form.

The Students /Members, who return the book(s) in torn or mutilated condition, will have to compensate the library either with the one and half times of the cost of the book(s) or replenish the library with the same fresh book(s).

The library offers Reprographic (Photocopy) facilities to the students. The students, who wish to take Xerox copies of Reference books, Journals, Magazines, News Papers, Examination papers of last years, copy of syllabus, etc. are required to pay Rs one per page up to A-4 size and Rs. Two per page up to A-3 size.

The students are expected to maintain silence in the Library.

On entering in to the library every student will be required to show his/her Identity Card/Library Card and will have to sign in the Daily Entry Register.

While entering in to library the students are required to keep their personal belongings in the property rack provided in the library.

The rules and regulations pertaining to the Library is subject to change any time. In the event of any complaint / problem the decision of the Principal will be final and binding.

The Librarian and its staff reserve their right to allow / to disallow the entry of any student for whatsoever reasons.
