FEE RULES

1. The fee for all the courses of Career College and Career College of law are charged on annual basis irrespective of the course pattern i.e annual/semester. In case of semester pattern, the fee charged will include fee of two semesters.

2. The fee charged includes Registration fee, Admission fee, Development fee and Tuition fee. Student will have to pay additional fee course wise for Science Practical, Field Training, Study Tour, Magazine, Medical Insurance, Hostel, Training, University Charges, University Exam, Project, Identity Cards, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate, Other Certificate, Railway Concession form, etc., with no optional choice.

3. The installment facility is provided to the students for some courses but not as prerogative. The first installment is payable at the time of admission and second as well as final installment on or before 15th November irrespective of commencement/end of annual session/semester and/or last date of University Exam From.

4. The student is advised to get full information of fee installment at the time of admission. No individual information/letter/notice will be only given/sent as reminder.

5. In case of delay in paying second as well as final installment, every student will be charged fine of Rs. 100/- from 16th November to 30th November, Rs. 250/- from 1st December to 15th December and Rs. 500/- after 16th December. Under any circumstance, without full fee payment with late fine (if any) and No Dues Certificate duly signed by Cashier (Fee Counter), Librarian, Sports Officer, all the concerned Laboratories I/c and HOD, the University Examination From of the student will not be forwarded to the University, irrespective to the last date of University Exam Form.

6. In case of student leaving College in the mid session, the fee deposited will not be refunded, adjusted with the fee of other student, for other course, for next year under any circumstances. Also, the student will have to deposit the balance fee (if any) and to clear all his/her dues for the current session and to take No Dues Certificate duly signed by Cashier (Fee Counter), Librarian, Sport Officer, all the concerned Laboratories I/c and HOD, before applying for Transfer Certificate.

7. The fee has to be deposited strictly as per the schedule explained to the students at the time of admission.
