CODE OF CONDUCT
Every student of career college and career college of Law is expected to develop a sense of responsibility, self discipline, punctuality, sense of belongingness to the college, make contribution in the curricular and co-curricular activities, make optimum use of the learning resources offered by the college, ensure participations in mid term and pre annual Mock Exams, maintain 75% attendance in the classes, provide meaningful feedback under SSRU during studies.
Every student is expected to give full respect in his/her action and behavior to teaching faculties, non-teaching staff and the other authorities of the college. If any student is charged of misconduct/misbehavior with other fellow students, girls, teaching or non-teaching staff, etc. the matter will be reported to the Disciplinary Committee and on its recommendations any warning, punishment, economic punishment, expulsion, suspension, rustication etc. will have to be acceptable to the student and his/her parents/guardian. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding.
Every student is expected to develop the reading habits of various Notice Boards provided in the campus and be aware of all the information displayed on any Notice Boards will be deemed to have been brought to the notice of each and every student.
The entire college campus is declared as a Ragging Free Zone. The college management takes strict action against the students involved in Ragging as per the instructions of the University/Government. Every student is expected not to indulge in destructive activity such as Strike, Demonstration, Dharna etc.
In case of any compliant cum Suggestion Boxes have been kept at various places in the college campus. The students may use these boxes to register their complaints/suggestions. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding.
If a student wishes to remain absent continuously for more then 6 days, he/she has to make an application signed by his/her parents to Head of the Department and take the prior approval, otherwise appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against him/her. In the event of fall of attendance less then 75%. The student will not be forwarded to the University in case if the total attendance of the student is below 75%.
The use/carrying of MOBILE PHONE is strictly prohibited for all the student in the college campus and in case of this condition the MOBILE PHONE will be confiscated by college staff which will be returned only after the student pays a fine of R 500/- for the first time. If second time, the same student is found with a MOBILE PHONE in the campus, his/her MOBILE PHONE will be confiscated and will not be returned in future.
This is a Professional College where no elections are held for Students Union. Meritorious students are given the responsibility of conducting the Annual Function and all other Co-curricular activities.
The entry of the students in the College Campus is authorized only during the period of study/classes/practical as per the entry of the students in the College Campus even with valid Identity Card and without valid Identity Card will be considered unauthorized and an appropriate action will be taken against them and also they will immediately be expelled from the College Campus.
The students are strictly prohibited to smoke, to drink alcohol, to spit in the campus and to involve in any illegal/unethical practices including writing dirty thing all the wall.
The student are expected to park their vehicle or loss of vehicle whether parked in the Campus or parked outside the Campus.
Appearing in the Mock Exam is compulsory for every student. If the student is absent (even any paper) in the mock Exam, his/her parents/guardians have to meet the Principal explaining reason(s) and will have to pay a fine of Rs.200/- compulsory.
