Career College, Bhopal Physical Education and Sports Annual Quality Assurance Report Session-2010-2011
Career College is a primer educational institute with an objective to provide opportunities for higher education to a large segment of the massive population and to promote education for the well being of the community and takes care of the career of students from their entrance till job settlement. Our institute imparts knowledge and quality education to different targeted groups of learners according to their choice and gives importance not only to syllabic knowledge but also the basic values of life essential for sustenance and a satisfying professional career.
It caters to the needs of professional education by providing under graduate and post –graduate degrees courses in various streams like Commerce and Management, Life Science, Physical Science, Medical Science, Library and Information Science and Education. The pursuit of academic excellence has always been a major thrust, clubbed with all types of opportunities and facilities, provided to the next generation for a better standard of living.
We cater to the holistic development of the young students and our continuous endeavor to find out the talent in our students and to guide them to the right path, will really be achieved today and the days to come. Though, it has been a period of success, yet we must not forget that there are “many more miles to go” and we must toil continuously to bring our performance from better to best.
In fulfilling the above aims of the college, physical education and Sports has undergone various activities through out the academic session. Sports activities are running as per the Sport calendar circulated by Department of Higher Education and Barkatullah University. In whole academic session various sports activities are conducted at College Level, District Level, Division Level, State Level and Inter University level. Students take actively participated in sports activities.

Cricket
College Cricket Team participated inter college tournament and team performance is Very well and team reach the quarter final. Out of them one player is selected for West Zone inters University tournament.
Basket Ball (Women)
Two players directly participate division level inter college trial and selected to South West Zone inters university Team
Chess
One Student directly participated division level selection trial and selected for South West Zone Inter University tournament.
Foot Ball
Team participate inter college tournament and team performance is good reach the semi final. Out of them one player is selected for Division Level.
Incentives Given to Out Standing Players
- During the time of Admission special Wattage is given to the players.
- Tuition Fee Waiver
- College Team is Provided Sports Kit.
- College Management provided TA and DA to Players.
- College Management provided cash prize/Certificates/Mementos as per their playing level.
- Special relaxation in attendance is given to players for attending coaching camps and Sports activities.
- Fees concessions are given to sports players at time of Admission.
Management of Sports Activities
Our college has a separate unit for Sports, which is headed by full time one Sports Officer Lt. Manoj Selokar is presently working as a sports officer. For the planning and implementation of sports activity in college. Sports committee has been framed, which is headed by the principal of the college.
