INTRODUCTION Commerce stream in Career College was started in the year 1980 with an objective to equip bright graduates and post graduates students with strong academic inputs, teamwork, winner’s attitude, energy and commitment so that they excel in their life, achieve their goals and thus enjoy life. It will certainly lead them to the service of society and nation as a whole. Our vision is to provide opportunities for higher education to a large segment of the massive population and to promote education for the well being of the community and takes care of the career of students from their entrance till job settlement. This is possible only by imparting knowledge and quality education according to their choice and give importance not only to syllabic knowledge but also the basic values of life essential for sustenance and a satisfying professional career. ‘The Stream of Wisdom’ has been the realization of a long cherished dream of our department who believes in the holistic development of the young students and our continuous endeavor to find out the talent in our students and to guide them to the right path, will really be achieved today and the days to come. Though, it has been a period of success, yet we must not forget that there are “many more miles to go” and we must toil continuously to bring our performance from better to best. Our department believes that “Success is a journey not a destination”.
