Training & Placement Cell organized a 4 days long interactive "GD, PI & WAT Training Program" for final Yr. students of Career College, Bhopal.
- Students were given opportunities to exhibit their understanding of theoretical concept through classroom presentations and group discussions. A Quiz competition was organized by the Department on 17 Sept 2010 to celebrate “international ozone conservation day”. Students of U.G and P.G were actively participated in the competition.
- To improve the scientific temperament and to improve the confidence level of students, different competitions were organized by the department on Science day, 28 Feb 2011. Debate and speech competition were organized on the following topics “What is more important---? Economic growth or environmental protection,” and “Favorite Scientist or discovery” respectively. A slogan making competition was also organized on the same occasion. The topic was “Magic of Science”. Not only science faculty but students of different faculties were actively participated and enjoyed each and every competition.
- The scientific temper in students was exploited towards technical knowledge and logical thinking with guest lectures, and interactive sessions, training programs and workshops.
- The students of Computer Science, Commerce and Medical Science have participated in inter-college Poster Competition entitled “Impact of Nuclear Power” on 31/03/2011.
- In order to initiate research temperament and to quench the quest for knowledge in students a study tour to CIPET has been organized by the department on 1st April 2011.
