ASSIGNMENTS: At Career, in every subject, the subject faculty gives written assignments to the students to ensure in-depth understanding and conceptualisations of subject.
GUEST LECTURES: Career College conducts Guest Lectures frequently inviting professionals, subject specialists, eminent educationists, etc. from Academic field, Corporate world and Govt. Sector to broaden outlook of the students for a successful career.
SEMINARS & CONFERENCES: As a routine, national and international level seminars and conferences are organised by Career College, on various subjects and topics relevant to education to provide exposure and opportunities of meeting renowned personalities.
STUDENTS SATISFACTION RESEARCH UNIT (SSRU): Career College has constituted SSRU to evaluate the performance of faculties and find out satisfaction level of students. For this purpose Faculties of Computer Science have, in house, developed a unique software which facilitates every student of Career College to express his/her frank opinion about the teaching abilities of faculties without any fear. This is an excellent feedback system, which helps in improving academic standards of the College.
MOCK EXAMS: Career College conducts Mock Exams simulating the conditions of university examination, making the students more confident and comfortable at the actual university examination. The Mock Exams are conducted once in a semester. The Mock Exams offer the students the same environment and pattern as prescribed by the university.
SPORTS & CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Various sports competitions such as Kho-kho, Chess, Cricket, Hockey, Football, Table Tennis, etc. are being organised at University / State / National levels. Various kinds of co-curricular activities viz. dance, drama, mimicry, music, literary competitions are being organised routinely.
COMPUTERISED ATTENDANCE MONITORING SYSTEM (CAMS): Career College has evolved a unique Computerised Attendance Monitoring System (CAMS) in house, which maintains an update attendance record of every student in every subject throughout the session/semester.
PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (PADC): At Career College an independent PADC centre is operating to diagnose and develop the traits of personality of every student. A well-defined psychoanalytical testing system is adopted which tells the students about interests, skill level, aptitude, personality traits, etc. along with comprehensive and individual oriented treatment plan. This further ensures the enhancement of overall personality spectrum of the students to make them more employable.
TRAINING AND PLACEMENT BUREAU: Career College has constituted a T&P Bureau. The Bureau maintains a close liaison with various industries and business organisations so as to ensure multiple placement opportunities to all the pass outs of Career College.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL ASSESSMENT: At Career, Knowledge & Skill Assessment is undertaken of all the newly admitted students of undergraduate Ist year and post graduate previous year.
SCHOLARSHIPS AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: The governing body of the college has been granting scholarships and financial assistance to the students on the basis of merit and merit-cum-means. The financial assistance is given to the students who belong to economically weaker sections.
CAREER ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (CAAS): Career College is proud to announce that the pass out students of the college have taken the initiative and formed Career Alumni Association (CAAS). Every year the members of the CAAS meet in the college campus.
GLOBAL GREEN: A scientific activities cell conducts practical training programmes for students and faculty from different parts of the country for up gradation and popularisation of vocational sciences.
EXOTICA: Students are taught to grow medicinal plants in the nursery, which are than brought to the tissue culture lab. Their X factor(s) are being harnessed in the lab to create formulations for a Holistic Self, a hands-on training in entrepreneurship.
REMEDIAL & DOUBT CLEARING CLASSES: Career College conducts remedial and doubt clearing classes to ensure better learning to the educationally disadvantaged students. These classes do help a lot to these students who have not been able to perceive the course contents during the regular classes.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE LAB: Students of Career College, especially those coming from Hindi medium background, are given the opportunity to join English Language Lab, where with the help of specific software and hardware, students can improve their English.
