ADMISSION PROCEDURE & Rules

1. The students who whish to take admission to the courses in Career College and Carrier College of Law will have to purchase Information Brochure, Admission Form and Rules & Regulations booklet from the Fee Counter by paying Rs. 300/- in cash. Those, who wish to purchase by post, should send on application to the Principal giving details of last Examination Passed and course of admission along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 350/- in flavor of Principal, Career College or Principal, Career College of Law (as the case may be) payable at Bhopal. Alternately, the Admission Form can be downloaded from our Website www.careercollegeindia.com. The downloaded Admission Form after duly filled in should be sent by post along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 350/- as mentioned above.

2. The Admission form must be utilized only for the course for which the form is purchased. The Admission Form once purchased is nonreturnable and not be utilized by any other students. The cost of Admission Form is non refundable (under any circumstances.)

3. The applicant is required to fill in the admission form completely only in Capital Letters and deposit the same with the admission Office along with following documents (a) Xerox copy of Mark Sheet qualification examination (b) Xerox copy of High School Mark Sheet (Showing Date of Birth) (c) Original Transfer Certificate (d) Original Character Certificate (e) Original Migration Certificate (f) Original Gap Certificate (g) Xerox copy of Category Certificate (h) Domicile Certificate. (i) Blood Group Certificate (j) Entrance Exam Mark Sheet (if any) (k) 3 receipt passport size photographs (color) should be affixed/pasted on the Admission Form. Incomplete Admission Form is liable to be rejected without any notice.

4. The authenticity of all the Certificates/Documents submitted along with the Admission form (Original and Xerox) will be the sole responsibility of the applicant / parents. In case the Certificate / Documents are proven as fake and as a consequence thereof, the Admission is cancelled/ the permission to take the examination is not given by the University / State Govt., the College Management will not be responsible, under any circumstances.

5. The admission will be given strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination in order of Merit and on the basis of Personal Interview by the Head and faculty of the concerned department. All admission are given as per the guidelines of the University and Deptt. Of Higher Education, Govt. of M.P.

6. Purchase of Admission form/Submission of Admission form dose not automatically guarantee confirmed admission or preference in admission. On the selection, the application will have to deposit full annual fee or first installment of the annual fee (only if the college extends this facility on written application and permission from Principal) within maximum 7 days. Otherwise, the admission will be treated as cancelled. The information will be given through Notice Board in the College and on personal information will be sent.

7. Even after the completion of all the formalities and deposit of requisite fee and all necessary documents, an applicant is not entitled for the confirmed admission. The admission will be deemed to be confirmed only after the approval of the University/State Govt. and issuance of Eligibility Certificate by the University required for application having done 10+2 from other states/ CBSE and having done Graduation from other Universities. 

8. The Admission to a particular course will be given as per the number of seats allocated by the University/State Gov. or number of seats available. 

9. The Admission to the applicant will be given as per the reservation policy/guidelines given by the University/State Govt.

11. Once the admission is granted to an applicant, the admission is not liable to be cancelled any time thereafter. If the student still opt for cancellation of admission, the student will have to apply for Transfer Certificate as per the procedure and under any circumstance the fee deposited will not be refunded/adjusted with the fee of other student/ for other course/for next year.

12. Once the Admission is taken, the student is not entitled for change of Course/ Specialization. However the change of Course / Specialization may be granted to the student only if (a) The student has applied before the last date declared by the College for this purpose. (b) There is an availability of the seat in the desired Course/ Specialization. (c) The student has deposited Rs. 500/- fee for change of Course/Specialization. In this regard the decision of the principal will be final and binding.

13. Admission to the student of other Institution in II & III Year of Graduation and final of P.G. Courses will be given on the basis of merit, provided seats are available after giving admission to regular students of this college. The students, who wish to change their College, they will have to take N.O.C. as well as T.C. from College and permission from Registrar of University, as per the University guidelines.

14. The College strictly denies admission to the student against whom a case of Un Fair Means (UFM) has been registered or who are facing any kind of criminal charges.

15. As per the directive of University/State Govt. the maximum age limit for admission in first year of Graduation for boys is 22 years and for admission in previous year of Post graduation for boys is 27 years. There is no age limit prescribed for girls for admission in Graduation and Post Graduation classes. The age is calculated as on 01 st July. There is no age limit prescribed for boys and girls for admission in LLB and B.Ed. (Basic) courses.

16. The College reserves its right to amend/change the admission rules and procedure without any notice as per the directions of the Governing Body/University/State Govt. The students are advised to refer current rules of Govt./University with regard to eligibility criteria, reservation policy, etc.
